$12 per class / half-price for seniors & students / FREE to KMC ATX members

In this series, we will be exploring the Buddhist Way of Life through the timeless and practical teachings of Buddha, and guided meditations. Everyone welcome!

Our weekly drop-in meditation classes are open to everyone.

The class format is a simple teacher guided meditation with some explanation of Buddhist views in a friendly and easy to understand style.

The meditations are guided and are suitable for all individuals whatever their level of interest, from those who seek simple relaxation to those who wish to find lasting inner peace and contentment.

You do not need to be a Buddhist to attend the classes, or to benefit from the techniques taught.

Everyone is welcome !
