Power of the Mantra

In the morning session, we will learn the special breathing meditation known as the OM AH HUM meditation. This meditation combines the breath with a simple mantra recitation. It is a powerful technique for improving mindfulness and concentration, and for bringing about a profound experience of clarity.
Both are ideal mantras for those new to meditation as well as for those more experienced practitioners. Discover the power of mantra and learn this blessed method for developing a deep and stable experience of peace.
