Prayers for World Peace | Sunday

SUNDAY MORNINGS Jan 17-Feb 28, 2021 | 10:00–11:30AM

Pre-Recorded ~The Course is available for 7 days after it goes live

with Resident Teacher, Gen Kelsang Wangpo

We could all use a reality check more often in our daily life to feel grounded in our spiritual journey. In this series, you’ll be examining specific issues or circumstances that you’re facing right now and learn how to incorporate Buddhist wisdom to navigate them more effectively. By making our meditations specific and personal, we can make swift progress on the path to a more happy and fulfilling life.
Through teachings, meditations and discussions, each class helps us to sharpen the tools we need for becoming more mindful of what exactly is going on both around us and within us. “Why are we here and how can we become truly happier?” A good Reality Check will help us uncover the extremely empowering answers to these questions.
Classes include teachings, guided meditations, and a chance to discuss & ask questions. The class is followed by a virtual social time to chat with spiritual friends.
Although it is beneficial to attend the entire series, you may drop in at any time. Classes are held weekly. Suitable for all levels of experience. Everyone is welcome!
