What to Expect at a Class

The class format is a simple teacher guided meditation with some explanation of Buddhist views in a friendly, easy to understand style. The meditations are guided and are suitable for all individuals whatever their level of interest, from those who seek simple relaxation to those who wish to find lasting inner peace and contentment.

Comfortable chairs and meditation cushions are provided.  There is no physical exercise, yoga, or stretching involved. You can dress comfortably in casual clothes.  It is customary to remove shoes and hats before entering the meditation room.

Everyone is welcome!
