Enjoy an afternoon of guided meditations, and learn to access the pure, clear nature of your own mind. 
This half day meditation workshop consists of three guided meditations, plus practical instruction and a chance to ask questions. Be guided through these deeply peaceful meditations on the mind and learn how to recreate this high quality happiness yourself at home.
Meditation on the clarity of the mind is deeply relaxing and empowering. Through it we gain deep insight into the flexible and limitless nature of our own mind. This is in turn helps us to understand through our own experience how to actualize our potential for lasting happiness and freedom. By accessing the pure, clear nature of your mind, you will gain the freedom to respond to your thoughts and feelings in the most constructive way
