This meditation course will explain the fundamentals of Buddhism and will help you gain an overview of Buddhist principals such as understanding of the mind, karma, developing compassion, and loving-kindness. Learn how to achieve your full potential through meditation. All these principles can be applied to daily life to help lead a truly peaceful and meaningful life.
Each session will have a guided meditation, teaching, and a chance to ask questions.
