In this day course we will learn how to familiarize ourselves with peaceful thoughts during all our daily activities, identifying with them more and more. Receiving
blessings and getting used to relying on Dharma minds, we get better and better at staying peaceful, whatever else is going on. This really is the essence of spiritual practice, fulfilling our wishes to be happy and free.
