Enjoy a day of guided meditation on awakening the heart and making progress along the path to enlightenment.
Four one hour sessions, each comprising a short teaching, traditional Buddhist prayers and a twenty minute guided meditation.
Session times: 9-10am, 10:45-11:45am, 12:45-1:45pm and 2:30-3:30pm
