Meditating on the mind’s pure nature helps us to relax more deeply, think more clearly, and tap into our spiritual potential. With practice we gain can insight into the flexible and empowering nature of our own mind. This is in turn helps us to understand through our own experience how to achieve true lasting happiness and freedom. By accessing the clear nature of our mind, we gain the freedom to respond to our thoughts and feelings in the most constructive possible manner, both in and out of meditation. You will learn to use this practical and insightful meditation to sharpen your mind’s focus in everyday situations
Each session includes a talk and guided meditation. No prior meditation experience is required.
