If you are interested in and/or enjoy meditations that have come from Buddhism yet still feel you lack the basic understanding of Buddhism in general, you are welcome to attend one or both classes.
This two-part meditation class will explain the fundamentals of Buddhism and will help you gain an overview of Buddhist principals such as understanding of the mind, karma, developing compassion, and loving-kindness.
Learn how to achieve your full potential through meditation. All these principles can be applied to daily life to help lead a truly peaceful and meaningful life.
Led by Senior Kadampa Teacher, Donovan Acker. Each class is self-contained and you can attend one or both. We will have a guided meditation, teaching, and a chance to ask questions.
