Join us for a talk based on Buddha’s teachings and beautiful meditations for world peace. In this class we learn solutions to problems in daily life, develop genuine optimism, and increase our happiness.
In June, Kelsang Dechok will teach the Prayers for World Peace classes.

Our weekly drop-in meditation classes are open to everyone.
The class format is a simple teacher guided meditation with some explanation of Buddhist views in a friendly and easy to understand style.
The meditations are guided and are suitable for all individuals whatever their level of interest, from those who seek simple relaxation to those who wish to find lasting inner peace and contentment.
You do not need to be a Buddhist to attend the classes, or to benefit from the techniques taught.
