We are studying “The New Meditation Handbook - Meditations to Make Our Life Happy and Meaningful ".
This popular and practical best-selling manual allows us to discover for ourselves the inner peace and lightness of mind that come from meditation.
During this course we'll study twenty-one step-by-step meditations leading to increasingly peaceful and beneficial states of mind, and that together
form the entire Buddhist path to enlightenment.
These classes are suitable for all ranges of experience from complete beginners through to advanced practitioners.
Everyone is welcome - you do not need to be a Buddhist to attend, or to benefit from the classes.
