Sunday

General Program Class and Prayers for World Peace
9:30 am to 11:00 am

We are currently studying from Geshe Kelsang Gyatso's book How to Solve our Human Problems.

The General Program provides a basic introduction to Buddhist view, meditation, and practice that is suitable for beginners. It also includes advanced teachings and practice from both Sutra and Tantra.

In the blessed environment of Chittamani Buddhist Center, Kelsang Ingchug gives practical advice from Buddha on how to develop peace in our own hearts and thereby peace in our world. Prayers for World Peace classes include guided meditations, teachings and sung prayers. Everyone is welcome.

These classes are suitable for all ranges of experience from complete beginners through to advanced practitioners. Everyone is welcome - you do not need to be a Buddhist to attend, or to benefit from the classes.
