About the Teacher

Kelsang Ingchug is a close disciple of Geshe Kelsang Gyatso. She is his representative in Central Texas and Resident Teacher at Chittamani Buddhist Center in Austin. Kelsang Ingchug has been studying, practicing and teaching pure Kadampa Buddhism for many years. Her sincerity in putting Buddha's teachings into practice in her own life and her compassion for others make her an excellent example of a modern day Buddhist practitioner. Kelsang Ingchug is a living example of the inner peace and happiness we may attain by following the Buddhist path. With gentle humor, great skill and clarity, Kelsang Ingchug explains the profound and vast teachings of Dharma in a clear and practical way, making them easy to apply in our daily lives. Kelsang Ingchug is known and deeply loved by her many students for her tireless effort in benefiting others and for her insight and compassion.

Payment and Donation Options
$12 per class or $30 for the month.
Chittamani Buddhist Center is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. All proceeds go towards functioning of the Buddhist center, branch classes, study programs, and outreach programs.We can accept payments in person at each event via cash or check, or you may pre-pay online via credit card or paypal. Please note that we cannot process credit cards on location at each event and class fees are non-refundable.
Chittamani Buddhist Center is a non-profit organization which relies solely upon donations and class fees. Your donation will be used to support center activities and the flourishing of Buddha's teachings in Texas.
