Everybody wants to change. We want to be less insecure, fearful, lazy, angry, depressed etc. We want to be more confident, courageous, happy, creative and so forth. But we find it difficult actually to change ourselves and to bring about the changes we long for in our life. Buddha’s teachings on actions and effect, karma, can give us confidence to change.

Our weekly drop-in meditation classes are open to everyone.
The class format is a simple teacher guided meditation with some explanation of Buddhist views in a friendly and easy to understand style.
The meditations are guided and are suitable for all individuals whatever their level of interest, from those who seek simple relaxation to those who wish to find lasting inner peace and contentment.
You do not need to be a Buddhist to attend the classes, or to benefit from the techniques taught.
