Hors d’oeuvres and non-alcoholic refreshments from 7:30-8:15pm. After this, Gen Norden will give an introduction to the practice of Avalokiteshvara, the Buddha of Compassion. This is a beautiful arrangement of chanted prayers and meditation. We will then engage in the chanted meditation practice itself, guided by Gen Norden. This event is a wonderful opportunity for making our New Year’s resolutions extra powerful. With a peaceful and compassionate mind, we can dedicate for the welfare of the whole world.
No experience necessary. Everyone is welcome!
